我国石油企业虽然发展较快,但是仍然面临可持续发展的难题,而解决可持续发展的关键在于管理创新。本文通过分析我国石油企业管理创新的现状以及存在的问题,并根据问题提出相关对策建议。
Although China’s petroleum enterprises develop rapidly, they still face the problems of sustainable development. The key to solving the problem of sustainable development lies in management innovation. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the management innovation of petroleum enterprises in our country and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems.
