Myelosuppression is a common complication of Ono radiotherapy, especially seen in patients with chemotherapy history. Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) has been demonstrated to reduce the duration of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia and reduce the fever response caused by it. However, there is little literature on the safety and efficacy of G-CSF in radiotherapy or radiotherapy plus chemotherapy. Multi-center prospective study to assess the safety and efficacy of G-CSF in ovarian cancer chemotherapy plus radiotherapy.
