本文对3例多发性骨髓瘤骨髓穿刺液中的瘤细胞进行了透射电镜、扫描电镜、以及AP、MPO两项超微细胞化学的观察.骨髓瘤细胞表现为细胞分化不良,高核浆比例,核内常染色质为主.浆内多种细胞器发育异常,粗面内质网丰富,排列形式多样化,常见扩张现象.胞浆内易见形态各异的包涵体及Russell小体.瘤细胞的表面结构以半球形和小泡状突起为主.其超微细胞化学表现为MPO弱阳性,AP强阳性.文中讨论了瘤细胞各种超微结构特征与功能的关系,以及与正常浆细胞的鉴别要点.
