某矿高瓦斯近距离煤层群、松软低透以及软弱围岩等复杂地质赋存条件导致矿井在煤炭资源开采过程中出现了瓦斯超限、采场端面冒顶事故和巷道垮冒等一系列的难题。应用理论分析与现场实践,提出并研究了综采面瓦斯治理新技术、采场支架—围岩控制技术与采动煤巷围岩主动支护技术,确定了关键技术参数,并进行了现场工业性试验。实践表明,实施上述关键技术后,解决制约矿井发展的关键科技难题,实现了矿井安全高效开采,同时为类似复杂地质条件的推广应用提供了技术支撑。
Due to the complicated geological conditions such as close coal seam group with high gas in the mine, soft and low permeability, and weak surrounding rock, a series of problems such as gas overrun, coal mine roof collapse and roadway collapse occur in coal mining .
