安全生产工作,是一项长期而艰巨的任务。以胡锦涛同志为总书记的新一届中央领导集体提出了两条鲜明的执政理念:一是坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观;二是构建社会主义和谐社会。而企业安全生产状况及其和谐稳定程度,直接影响社会的政治稳定,直接关系到科学发展观的落实,直接关系到社会主义和谐社会的构建。可以说,安全生产将始终作用于构建社会主义和谐社会的历史进程。
Work safety is a long-term and arduous task. The new central leadership collective with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary has put forward two distinct concepts of governing: First, the people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept; and second, the building of a harmonious socialist society. However, the status of enterprise safety production and its degree of harmony and stability have a direct impact on the political stability of the society, and are directly related to the implementation of the scientific concept of development, which is directly related to the construction of a socialist harmonious society. It can be said that safety production will always act on the historical process of building a socialist harmonious society.
