采用国产图象采集卡对人类晶状体光学切面图象进行离散化处理,并在此基础上进行了初步研究:1.探索成熟的统计学方法或参数,以求能准确描述晶体中某种变化的程度和意义;实验发现平均灰度级在随访研究中是一有价值的定量指标;2.建立了一种适合国内实验条件的图象标准化方法,并在统计学上对此方法进行评估;3.尝试重建晶体介质频数分布的三维曲线,获得初步成功。
Using domestic image capture card to discretize the optical section images of human lens, and based on this, a preliminary study has been done: 1. To explore the mature statistical methods or parameters, in order to accurately describe a change in the crystal Degree and significance of the experiment; mean gray scale was found to be a valuable quantitative index in the follow-up study; 2. An image standardization method suitable for the domestic experimental conditions was established, and the method was statistically evaluated; 3 Attempts to reconstruct the three-dimensional curve of the frequency distribution of the crystal medium have yielded initial success.
