慢性阻塞性肺气肿是发病机制尚未明确的呼吸系统常见疾病之一,多认为是呼吸系统在内外因素刺激形成病理改变导致的疾病.中医认为归为“腰痛”,“痹症”范畴,中医辩证治疗可起到“急治标,缓治本”之效,在西药基础上配合中药治疗可取得显著疗效.
