THE CPB MANAGEMENT OF COMBINED VALVULAR AND MYOCARDIAL REVASCULARIZATION OPERATIONS

　　Objective:To summarize and investigate the CPB management of combined valvular and myocardial revascularization operations.Methods:125 cases were divided into three groups:group M (n =75),coronary artery disease associated with mitral valve disease; group A (n =34),coronary artery disease associated with aortic valve disease; group D (n =16),coronary artery disease associated with mitral and aortic valve disease.Antegrade combined with retrograde coronary sinus and coronary arterial graft cadioplegia perfusion was used.Results:It is well-balanced and stably in CPB.No death in three groups.Conclusion:The well myocardial protection and CPB management is the key of surgical operation success.
