Objective:To study the extracorporeal perfusion method for valvular Heart Disease with impairment of renal function.Methods:17 patients were kept enough perfusion flow rate and high perfusion pressure,avoid renal toxic drugs,ultrafiltration be used at the same time to prevent renal function worse.Results:2 cases need hemodialysis because of lower cardiac output,other patients all recovered smoothly.Conclusion:If used some protection ways in operations of patients with valvular heart disease with impairment of renal function,to prevent renal function worse,good results can be obtained in most patients.
