为了满足高亮度电子注入器的要求,研究制备了钠钾锑阴极。利用超短脉冲激光器测得其量子产额为3.1%(λ=0.53μm)。在能量为16μJ的脉冲激光照射下,钠钾锑阴极的发射电流密度达780A/cm2,并长时间稳定。
In order to meet the requirements of high brightness electron injector, sodium potassium antimony cathode was studied. The quantum yield of 3.1% (λ = 0.53μm) was measured using an ultrashort pulse laser. Under the irradiation of pulsed laser with energy of 16μJ, the current density of sodium potassium antimony cathode reaches 780A / cm2, and it is stable for a long time.
