辽宁省现有国营林场165个,拥有固定资产6673万元。流动资金全年平均占用6028万元,其中定额流动资金占用2748万元,非定额资金占用4418万元。从1986年经营情况看,销售收入较上年增加1253万元,而销售利润却下降151万元,利润总额下降75万元,林场全员劳动生产率和全部资金周转天数也不如上年,多种经营生产经过1986年一年努力,经营情况虽有了好转,但盈利不多。从上述问题看,有以下几方面的问题,应引起主管部门的重视。
