对我院1997年6月份551份出院病历进行抗菌药物利用调查与分析。结果表明:使用率排前5位依次有青霉素类、头孢菌素类、氨基甙类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类。抗菌药物使用率为40.83％;抗菌药物用量在DDD(限定日剂量)值以内的占93.31％;而DUI(药物利用指数)≤1的药物占91.18％。提示一些抗菌药物有使用不当的倾向。
In our hospital in June 1997 551 discharged medical records for antibacterial drug use survey and analysis. The results showed that the top five in the usage rates were penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, quinolones and macrolides. Antibiotics use rate was 40.83%; antibacterial drug usage was 93.31% within DDD (defined daily dose) value; drugs with DUI ≤1 accounted for 91.18%. Tip Some antimicrobials have a tendency to misuse.
