种子是农林业生产中最基本的生产资料之一。有了优质种子,才能提高产量。国际上很早便把种子活力(Vigor)作为一个重要的品质指标。可是,种子活力的生理基础以及确切的含义,目前尚不十分清楚,很有必要作深入研究。 我们选用花生为试验材料,因春植花生留种在翌春播时发芽力一般低于秋植花生留种,尤其在早春不良气候条件下,差异更为显著,因而造成严重缺株。在表面现象上,种子活力表现的差异在于发芽力与幼苗生长势,而其内部生理反应包括代谢过程。酶活性以及亚细胞水平的微细结构与功能上。 我们将春植花生所留种子分别贮于相对湿度15%、32%、75%、90%的环境
