曾经受到革命导师恩格斯高度赞誉的十九世纪三大发现之一——细胞学说己明确指出,细胞是生命机体结构的基本单位及功能的基本单位。显然,细胞学是从细胞这个机体结构层次水平上来探讨生命活动现象的。而遗传学是针对生物的遗传变异现象进行研究的。尽管这两门学科的界限不同,但是遗传变异必须以细胞学为基础。本文旨在通过对新近几年来细胞学某些重大进展的概要介绍,来阐述其对遗传学的促进作用。希望在这方面这篇文章能够起一个抛砖引玉的作用。
One of the three major findings of the nineteenth century, once highly acclaimed by revolutionary mentor Engels, is that cytology has clearly pointed out that cells are the basic units and functions of life’s body structure. Obviously, cytology is from the cellular level of the body structure to explore the phenomenon of life activities. Genetics is a study of the genetic variation of organisms. Although the boundaries of these two disciplines are different, genetic variation must be based on cytology. The purpose of this article is to illustrate its role in genetics by providing an overview of some of the major advances in cytology in recent years. I hope this article can play a valuable role in this regard.
