苯丙氨酸亚硝脲(74001)以不同剂量腹腔给药对S37、S180、W256、L615及B16等多种移植瘤的疗效与等毒剂量的CCNU相当。但其急性毒性及骨髓抑制作用均较后者为弱。
Phenylalanine nitrosourea (74001) in different doses of intraperitoneal administration of S37, S180, W256, L615 and B16 and other transplanted tumors and the equivalent dose of CCNU equivalent. However, its acute toxicity and myelosuppression are weaker than the latter.
