通过分析方针目标管理中关于目标项目设计的理论,结合我国铁路运输业特点,重点对我国铁路运输企业的目标项目设计进行了探讨,并对与目标项目设计有关的目标值确定问题进行了初步探讨.
By analyzing the theory of target project design in target management and the characteristics of China’s railway transportation industry, this paper mainly discusses the target project design of railway transportation enterprises in our country, and makes a preliminary study on the target value determination of the target project design .
