当今教师更新教育理念,提高思想认识,是现代教育的保证。只有摒弃旧的教育思想,把握好教育发展的内在规律与时代特征,树立正确的教育观和人才观,才能适应教育技术现代化的要求。在课改的新形势下,语文教师应改变角色,把主动权给予学生,甘当学生忠实的听众,要身负多职,以此引导学生充分发挥其思维能力,创新能力和语言表达能力。在新课改的浪潮中,我略有点滴体会。
Today’s teachers update the educational concept and raise their awareness, which is the guarantee of modern education. Only by abandoning the old education ideas, grasping the inherent laws and characteristics of the education development, and establishing a correct view of education and talent, can we meet the requirements of the modernization of educational technology. In the new situation of curriculum reform, language teachers should change their roles, give the students the initiative, be willing to be loyal listeners, and take multiple positions to guide students to give full play to their thinking, creativity and language skills. In the wave of the new curriculum reform, I slightly appreciate the experience.
