设计是建设的灵魂、关键、前导。把住宅设计提高到一个新的水平,是实现2000年小康居住水平的重要保证。为此,作者提出,设计者首先要转变观念,自我扩大知识领域,把社会学、心理学,生理学、行为学、人体工效学、环境学以及环境美学等学科知识,渗透、融合于建筑技术,还要把住宅设计与住房制度改革、住房商品化相结合,要树立起一切从住户利益出发的观点;其次,要依靠科技进步,从新技术中求效果;再次,则是与施工密切结合,使好的设计通过好的施工来实现。
Design is the soul, key, and leader of construction. Raising the residential design to a new level is an important guarantee for achieving a well-off living standard in 2000. For this reason, the author proposes that designers must first change their concepts, expand their knowledge areas themselves, and infiltrate and integrate the knowledge of sociology, psychology, physiology, behavior, ergonomics, environmental science, and environmental aesthetics into building technology. It is also necessary to combine the design of housing with the reform of the housing system and the commercialization of housing, and to establish all the viewpoints based on the interests of the households. Second, it is necessary to rely on scientific and technological progress to seek results from new technologies. Third, it is closely linked with construction. Good design is achieved through good construction.
