《建筑结构》1992年第2期发表了杭州煤炭设计院何崇文同志的文章:“建筑的加层改造中结构物处理方法探讨”(下简称“何文”),该文第(三)部分关于地基承载力评价的第(3)个方法——规范比较法——中提到“新颁布的地基规范(GBJ7—89)给出的R值比TJ7—74规范及我国曾采用过的苏联HUJY127—55规范要高,可利用这部分潜力”。
