近日,常熟市出台《常熟市企业工资支付预警与处置暂行办法》,对企业工资支付行为进行了进一步规范,并建立和完善了企业工资支付排查、预警及处置等机制。暂行办法要求建立工资支付预警与处置联席会议制度,常熟市政府办公室、总工会、人社局、人民法院、公安局、信访局、工商局、国税局、地税局、人民银行、工商联等部门共同做好企业工资支付预警与处置工作,并明确了各部门的职责。工会主要负责完善企业工资集体协商制度,建立工会组织参与企业工资支
Recently, Changshu City promulgated the “Provisional Regulations on Wages and Payments Early-warning and Disposal of Enterprises in Changshu City”, further regulated the wage payment behavior of enterprises, and established and perfected such mechanisms as investigation, early warning and disposal of wage payment of enterprises.
