自上个世纪70年代出现能源危机、环境恶化促使人们越来越重视节能和环保以来,建筑业也面临着如何改变传统观念,改进建筑技术,开发节能、环保新型建筑材料的问题。首先,如何节能?节能体现在众多方面,它包括采用新型建筑材料以达到节能的目的,还包括在建筑材料生产加工以及运输等过程中节约能源。其次,如何环保?建筑材料对环境的影响不但体现在建筑材料的加工方面,而且还体现在原材料开采和废料处理过程中。近30年来,世界各国在建筑设计和施工、新型建筑保温材料的开发和应用、建筑节能法规的规定和实施、建筑节能产品的认证和管理等方面做了很多工作,不但节省了大量能源,取得了可观的经济效益,同时改善了环境,降低了对大气臭氧层的破坏。本文将介绍几个在建筑节能上做出突出贡献的国家,看看他们是怎样处理建筑与节能的关系。
