现在生产的电冰箱蒸发器多是铝合金所制,它最大的弱点是易腐蚀漏气。对这一故障过去是用铆修的方法排除,但铆死一条气路后蒸发器的制冷效率就受到影响;而且如果有多处漏气就无法进行铆修了。所以在维修中发现蒸发器漏气时一般都是更换新品。近三年多来,我们对蒸发器漏气故障采用锡焊的方法排除,先后焊修了各种不同程度漏气的蒸发器近20台,有的一台就有10处以上的漏点,效果很好。
The refrigerator evaporators currently produced are mostly made of aluminum alloys, and its greatest weakness is its easy corrosion and leakage. In the past, this failure was eliminated by riveting, but the refrigeration efficiency of the evaporator was affected after riveting a gas path; and if there were multiple leaks, riveting could not be performed. Therefore, when the evaporator leak is found during maintenance, it is generally replaced with new ones. In the past three years or more, we have eliminated solder leakage in evaporators by using soldering. We have welded and repaired nearly 20 different types of evaporators with different levels of leakage, and some have more than 10 leakage points. well.
