国务院同意卫生部、商业部、化学工业部、农业部关于全国中西药生产四川现场会议的报告。现将这个报告发给你们,请研究执行。一、为了保证中西药品的生产和供应,在现场会议上签订的合同必须严格执行。中药材的生产,各地应当因地制宜,加强管理,并认真解决当前存在的问题,务使生产计划进一步落实。各地在贯彻执行就地生产、就地供应方针的时候,对于“地道药材”的生产,必须加以保护和有计划地发展。发展药材生产,必须一手抓家种家养,一手抓野生采集,并贯彻集体生产和个人生产同时并举的方针。药材收益应该照顾到公社、管理区、生产队、生产小队和社员的利益,实行合理分配。
