《建筑工人》1999年第5期《防渗漏板缝施工新法》一文,对预制板灌缝施工的作法有所创新。针对该文图3所示提几点建议供施工参考。如图1～3。 1.板缝配筋的位置应下移至吊杆钢筋下面,留有混凝土保护层厚度的位置。2.木托板下螺母垫板改用L40×4等边角钢制作,长度与木托板宽度相等,以防拧紧螺母时木托板横纹局部受压出现纵向裂缝。3.吊杆钢筋作法改为双筋并排,中间夹焊一螺母,可免去在吊杆钢筋上打孔套丝。
The article “Construction Workers”, No. 5, 1999, “New Method for Preventing Leakage of Slab Seams,” has made innovations in the practice of precast slab filling. A few suggestions for the construction shown in Figure 3 are provided for construction reference. As shown in Figure 1 ~ 3. 1. The position of the board seam reinforcement should be moved down to the underside of the boom reinforcement, leaving the thickness of the concrete protection layer. 2. The nut plate of the wood pallet is changed to L40×4 equal angle steel, the length is equal to the width of the wooden pallet, so as to prevent longitudinal cracks appearing on the wooden pallet when the nut is tightened. 3. The boom reinforcement method was changed to double bars side by side, and a nut was clamped in the middle to avoid punching and threading on the boom bar.
