科教兴市与振兴金华——访浙江金华市市委书记仇保兴

邓小平同志提出“科学技术是第一生产力”的科学论断, 大地推动了我国科技与经济的发展。最近,党中央又提出“科教兴国”的战略决策,各地也把科教兴省(市)作为推进本地经济发展的首要战略之一。如何充分认识、有效组织这一战略的实施,成为各地正在积极探索的课题。本刊记者于日前就此采访了浙江省金华市的市委书记仇保兴同志。

Comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward the scientific thesis that “science and technology are the primary productive forces.” The earth has promoted the development of science and technology and economy in our country. Recently, the party Central Committee has also proposed a strategic decision of “rejuvenating the country through science and education”. All localities also regard rejuvenating the province through science and education as one of their top strategies for promoting local economic development. How to fully understand and effectively organize the implementation of this strategy has become a topic that various localities are actively exploring.
