患者,男,38岁,多饮、多尿四肢无力,软瘫反复发作7年,每次持续3～7天,均按“周期性麻痹”给补钾治疗而缓解。于1987年3月和1988年12月复发入院.查体,心率80次/分,律整,肠鸣音弱,四肢肌力Ⅱ级,生理反射均消失,查血K~+3.0mmol/L,Na~+141mmol/L,Cl~-108mmol/L,尿蛋白~(++),比重1.005,尿糖(一)血钙2.2mmol/L,磷1.25mmol/L.立即给予补钾治疗,给10%氯化钾15ml溶于0.9%生理盐水500ml或林格液500ml中(浓度0.3%),
