根据中共中央的有关规定,原国家教育委员会于1988年年初把“科学社会主义的理论与实践”作为全国高等学校硕士研究生的一门公共政治理论课。当年2月至7月,国家教委政治思想教育司曾经组织部分高校教师分别提出这门课程的教学大纲方案。当时我设计了一个纵横交错、理论联系实际的包括五个专题的教学大纲要点。在互相评比中,我提出的方案得到国家教委的批准。这份《“科学社会主义的理论与实践”教学要点》由高等教育出版社于1988年8月出版,供全国高等院校硕士生和任课教师使用为满足学习者
According to the relevant provisions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the former State Education Commission adopted the “Theory and Practice of Scientific Socialism” as a course of public politics theory for post-graduate students at institutions of higher learning in early 1988. From February to July of the same year, the Political Education Department of the State Education Commission once organized some college teachers to propose the syllabus for this course respectively.
