目的:探讨健康教育在糖尿病患者负性情绪的应用效果。方法:选择2013年3月-2016年1月入住我院和在门诊就诊的300例(干预组)2型糖尿病患者给予健康教育,对患者的负性情绪给予干预后再回顾性地与没开展糖尿病健康教育的300例(对照组)2型糖尿病患者进行比较。结果:干预后患者负性情绪好转明显低于干预前的负性情绪(P<0.05),患者情绪的改变,对疾病的认知和各项治疗和护理的依从性高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可控制负性情绪的发展,同时增加患者对糖尿病疾病的认知和了解,提高本疾病健康知识掌握程度,有利于患者自我掌握护理技术,减少了糖尿病并发症的发生,有利于患者回归家庭及社会。从而形成了负性情绪的改变→疾病的控制→负性情绪的改变→疾病的控制的良性循环。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on the negative emotions of diabetic patients. Methods: From March 2013 to January 2016, 300 patients (intervention group) with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital and outpatient clinic were enrolled in health education. The negative emotions of patients were retrospectively analyzed and retrospectively reviewed. 300 cases of diabetes health education (control group) type 2 diabetes were compared. Results: After the intervention, the improvement of negative emotions was significantly lower than that of the negative emotions before intervention (P <0.05). The changes of emotion, the cognition of the disease and the compliance of various treatments and nursing were higher than those before intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Health education can control the development of negative emotions, increase patients’ cognition and understanding of diabetes diseases, and improve the mastery of health knowledge of the disease, which helps patients to master their own nursing skills and reduce the incidence of diabetic complications, Patients return to family and society. Thus forming a negative emotional change → disease control → negative emotional changes → a virtuous circle of disease control.
