共检查因饮水含氟量过高引起中度地方性慢性氟中毒氟斑牙少年(15岁)13例。收集其混合唾液,用分光光度测定法检查唾液中3种谷氨酰盐代谢酶含量。对照组为无氟中毒的健康少年20例。
A total of 13 cases of dental fluorosis juveniles (15 years old) were examined for moderate and chronic fluorosis due to high fluoride content in drinking water. The mixed saliva was collected and the three glutamyl metabolizing enzymes in saliva were examined spectrophotometrically. Control group of 20 healthy non-fluoride poisoning juveniles.
