全国水库安全状况普查为进一步了解和掌握水库安全现状,加快病险水库除险加固步伐,1月11日,水利部发出《关于对全国水库安全状况进行普查的通知》。通知要求各地对行政区城内的所有水库开展安全状况普查,水库安全状况普查要以大坝安全鉴定为基础,普查内容除涉及水库库容、安全状况等指标外,还包括水库大坝对下游人口、耕地、重要基础设施的影响,以及对三类坝拟采取的措施等。普查结果是今后一个时期开展水库安全管理和病险水库除险加固工作的重要基础。通知还要求,普查资料要客规翔实、确保质量,普查资料汇总后于2007年6月30日前报送水利部建设与管理司。
