研究了高熔点(T_m=1860℃)纯 Cr 粉在灰铸铁(T_m=1200℃)表面上激光合金化的熔化特征。试验结果表明:在慢扫描时,合金化的成份较为均匀,但热影响区尺寸随之增大;在扫描速度快时,在合金化表层中存在未熔 Cr 粉。
The melting characteristics of laser alloying on the surface of gray cast iron (T_m = 1200 ℃) with high melting point (T_m = 1860 ℃) pure Cr powder were studied. The experimental results show that the composition of the alloying is more uniform but the size of the HAZ increases with the slow scan, and the unmelted Cr powder exists in the alloying surface when the scanning speed is high.
