初步探讨了在工业生产条件下话塞用的高硅铝合金一次熔炼法工艺的可行性,试验结果表明,应用本文介绍的工艺方法可以获得合格的化学成分的合金,进行适当的变质处理后,可获得较为满意的金相组织和机械性能。
The feasibility of primary smelting process of high-silicon aluminum alloy for cordon in industrial production was discussed preliminarily. The experimental results show that alloy with acceptable chemical composition can be obtained by using the process method described in this article. After appropriate modification, Satisfactory metallurgical structure and mechanical properties can be obtained.
