在“高等教育共同关注的重要话题是高等教育的质量问题”时代背景下,特殊教育师范院校人才培养质量问题应当引起关注,应走以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展道路。通过借鉴发达国家的先进理念,结合我国国家级教学发展示范中心建设的经验,以N学院为例,从“机构设置与人员构成”、“服务对象与工作项目”和“运行机制”三个方面,对特殊教育师范院校教学发展中心进行建设。中心的建立,实现了高等特殊师范教育质量保障的内部化,保障了教学质量。
Under the background of the times, “the important topic of common concern for higher education is the quality of higher education.” Under the background of the times, the quality of personnel training in normal education colleges should pay attention to it and should take the connotative development path with the core of improving quality. By referring to the advanced concepts of developed countries and combining with the experience of building the national-level teaching and development demonstration center in our country, we use N Institute as an example to run from “Institutional Setup and Staff Composition”, “Service Object and Work Project” and “ Mechanism ”three aspects, the special education normal university teaching development center construction. The establishment of the center has realized the internalization of the quality assurance of higher specialized normal education and ensured the teaching quality.
