本文报道欧洲白蜡树(Fraxinusexcelsior L.)叶的石油醚提取物的植化研究结果。用硅胶柱层析和制备薄层层析,分离得到10个化合物,它们分别属于三萜类、烃类和植物甾醇类。熊果酸、桦木酸、桦木脑、β-谷甾醇和3个烷烃:三十一烷、二十九烷和三十四烷通过IR、MS和′HNMR并与标准品直接对照而鉴定。其它三萜类化合物的结构测定工作正在进行中。所分到的化合物和它的混合物的抗真菌
This paper reports the results of the phytochemical study of the petroleum ether extracts from the leaves of Fraxinus excelsior L. in Europe. By silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography, 10 compounds were isolated which belong to triterpenes, hydrocarbons, and plant sterols, respectively. Ursolic acid, betulinic acid, betulin, β-sitosterol and 3 alkanes: triacontan, nonacosane, and tetradecane were identified by IR, MS, and ’H NMR and directly controlled against standards.
