在大量分析目前世界经济发展形式的情况下,分析生态环境现状的前提下,阐明了经济全球化和低碳经济的概念与涵义,并进一步阐述了低碳经济的决定因素,再进一步分析了低碳经济与经济全球化之间的关系。最后就中国在经济全球化和低碳经济面前的姿态进行了评说,并提出了一些有利于中国经济发展和贯彻低碳经济的有益建议。
Under the circumstance of analyzing a large number of forms of economic development in the world and analyzing the status quo of ecological environment, the author clarifies the concepts and meanings of economic globalization and low-carbon economy, expounds further the determinants of low-carbon economy, and further analyzes the influence of low The relationship between carbon economy and economic globalization. Finally, I commented on China’s stance in the face of economic globalization and low-carbon economy and put forward some useful suggestions that are conducive to China’s economic development and implementation of a low-carbon economy.
