学生实践能力和创新能力的培养,是工科院校亟待研究和解决的重大课题。这一课题关系到我国的教育能否赶上世界先进国家的水平,关系到国家未来技术和经济能否持续发展,是具有战略性意义的重大问题。对于军队院校,还关系到我军现代化信息化建设的历史使命能否扎扎实实地落实,能否有效地提高军队的快速反应能力、精确打击能力、广域作战能力和体系对抗能力。
The cultivation of practical ability and innovative ability of students is an important subject urgently needed to be studied and solved in engineering colleges. This issue relates to whether our education can catch up with the advanced countries in the world and is related to the sustainable development of our country’s technology and economy in the future. This is a major issue of strategic importance. For the military academies, it is also related to whether the historical mission of the modernization of our army’s information construction can be implemented in a down-to-earth manner and whether the army’s rapid reaction capability, precision strike capability, wide-area combat capability and system confrontation capability can be effectively improved.
