目的:探讨牙周炎患者牙龈组织中炎症因子的表达。方法 :选取我院口腔科门诊治疗的患者,分为牙周炎组100例;对照组(全身健康者),共计100例。牙周炎组平均年龄(45.8±12.8)岁,其中男性56人,女性44人;对照组(全身健康者),平均年龄(46.2±11.4)岁,其中男性55人,女性45人,2组人员性别,年龄差异无统计学意义。记录两组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-β。结果:牙周炎组与对照组C-反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-β分别为(20.7±12.7、42.3±10.2、35.8±11.7、15.7±3.7;4.6±1.3、10.2±4.6、8.3±2.7、2.5±0.1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :与对照组比较,牙周炎组口腔牙龈组织中炎症因子C-反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-β明显增高,应该对牙周炎患者及早进行危险因素干预。
Objective: To investigate the expression of inflammatory cytokines in periodontitis patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients with periodontitis were enrolled in this study. Patients in the control group (full body health) were enrolled in this study. The mean age of the periodontitis group (45.8 ± 12.8) years old, including 56 males and 44 females, and the average age (46.2 ± 11.4 years) in the control group (55 males, 45 females, 2 females) Personnel gender, age difference was not statistically significant. Record two groups of C-reactive protein (CRP), IL-6, TNF-α, IL-β. Results: The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), IL-6, TNF-α and IL-β in periodontitis group and control group were (20.7 ± 12.7,42.3 ± 10.2,35.8 ± 11.7,15.7 ± 3.7; 4.6 ± 1.3 , 10.2 ± 4.6,8.3 ± 2.7,2.5 ± 0.1), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the control group, the levels of inflammatory cytokines (CRP), IL-6, TNF-α and IL-β in oral gingival tissues of periodontitis group were significantly higher than those of the control group.
