针对CVC轧机辊型设计过程中个别辊型参数计算方法不完善的问题,根据CVC轧机的工作原理及板带凸度控制要求,在推导出辊缝函数的基础上,计算得到了辊缝等效凸度表达式,进一步对各个辊型参数的具体含义进行了阐释,首次定义了辊径方差新概念并推导出了其表达式,基于此提出了一种保证上下工作辊辊径方差最小的三次CVC辊型参数优化方法。应用本文提出的辊型参数设计方法,对国内某冷轧厂的CVC轧机辊型参数进行了优化计算,在保证轧辊等效凸度控制能力的基础上,减小了上下工作辊的辊径方差,使轧辊磨损更加均匀,同时也保证了出口带钢的板形质量,为生产现场的辊型参数设计及辊型磨削奠定了理论基础。
According to the working principle of CVC rolling mill and the requirement of strip crown control, based on the derivation of the roll gap function, the calculation of the roll gap is calculated based on the problem that the calculation method of individual roll parameters is not perfect in the roller type design of CVC mill.
