Symbiosis of Pisidium tinctorius (Pers) Coker & Couch with pine trees, forming short roots (mycorrhizas) in special states, is of great importance to the nutrition and growth of pine trees. Because of it, not only is the seedling rate high, but also the young forest grows fast. At present, China’s pine seedling afforestation is the forest soil (mycorrhizal soil) containing mycorrhizal fungi into the nursery, as the source of mycorrhizal fungi. However, the application of forest soil inoculation requires large quantities and long distances to transport, involving human and transportation difficulties, and may result in other germs and fungi that are detrimental to mycorrhizal colonization. Isolation of the most effective pure cultures of mycorrhizal fungi from the fruiting bodies by hand is the main approach at home and abroad. The United States will bean bag
