根据中央部署,从去年始至今年内,要集中一段时间,在全国县级以上党政领导班子和领导干部中,深入进行以“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”(以下简称“三讲”)为主要内容的党性党风教育。这是在全党再次掀起学习邓小平理论的新高潮,加强党的建设,加强各级领导班子建设,提高领导干部素质的一项重要举措。因此,在用整风精神开展以“三讲”为主要内容的党性党风教育中,应十分注意正确处理以下几个关系。
