班组是企业的细胞,是思想政治工作的前沿阵地和各项工作的落脚点。当前,加强班组建设,特别是加强班组思想政治建设十分必要和迫切。我们主要采用以下八种形式抓班组学习。1、班组学习和班组升级竞赛相结合。去年公司被评为国家二级企业后,提出了争创国家一级企业的目标。围绕这一目标,工会制订和建立了班组升级两大考核体系,把班组学习和班组升级竞赛有机结合,提高了班组建设的水平。2、行政干部实行“一岗二责”,开展股室、班组共建文明活动。发动股室和班组签定共建协议书,规定股室必须关心和参与班组的文明建设,必须参加班组的政治学习和民主生活等活动,及时帮助班组解决各种实际问题。
