师生关系是教师对学生施加教育影响的重要方面,是“传道、授业、解惑”的重要渠道,它是教育过程中最基本、最主要的人际关系。大量事实表明,师生关系影响着德育教育的效果。下面就以自己的教学实践谈几点粗浅的看法。
The teacher-student relationship is an important aspect of the teacher’s exerting influence on the students. It is an important channel of “preaching, teaching, and doubting”. It is the most basic and most important interpersonal relationship in the education process. A large number of facts show that the relationship between teachers and students affect the effectiveness of moral education. Here to talk about their own teaching practice a few superficial views.
