中国目前在医疗资源分配上由于地域和经济发展水平等原因造成了严重的分配不均和浪费共存现象,该现象一直制约着中国医疗事业的健康发展,因此采取措施对医疗资源的分配优化是迫在眉睫的[1]。而影像医疗业务直接依赖于影像信息,不受地域和地理位置的制约。并且在21世纪初期,西方国家兴起了一批跨地域、跨学科、跨机构的企业级区域影像系统。在国内对区域影像系统的应用,也随着经济的日益发展逐渐成熟。在区域影像系统的应用过程中,可以在其满足机构件影像信息互通、互联及集中存储等业务中,区域影像系统均发挥出了其对类似工作的胜任性和优越性。然而对于区域影像系统应用于优化医疗资源分配在研究过程中,具有广阔的应用前景和使用的优越性。但是,实际落实建立区域影响系统对于优化医疗资源的分配是一项长期、复杂、庞大的艰巨任务。

The application of the regional imaging system in China is gradually maturing as the economy continues to grow. In the application process of regional imaging system, the regional imaging system can play its role of competency and superiority for similar work in its business of meeting the information exchange, interconnection and centralized storage of mechanism components. However, the application of regional imaging system in the optimization of medical resources allocation in the research process has broad application prospects and the use of superiority. However, the actual implementation of the establishment of a regional impact system to optimize the distribution of medical resources is a long-term, complicated and huge task.
