先证者杨××,男,16岁,江苏省泗阳县人。1987年4月6日门诊。出身后即发现双眼无眼球,父母非近亲结婚。检查:双眼上下眼脸正常,泪点及结膜囊均存在,冲洗泪道畅通,末见眼内角膜及其它组织,眼眶内未扪及球状物。同胞七人中三人患此症,家族史中外祖父亦患此症。嘱其外祖父,父母及同胞
