患者齐×,女,24岁,住院号57980。患者因情绪不快自饮白酒850ml(含乙醇量510克左右),昏迷4小时于1986年1月23日收内科抢救。入院检查:患者深昏迷,一切反射均消失,心率60次/分,呼吸14次/分,表浅,血压7.98/5.32kPa(60/40mmHg)。当时眼科会诊所见:双眼瞳孔散大8mm,对光反射消失,眼底视盘边界清,色稍红、视网膜动静脉均明显充盈,呈饱满感,动静脉比例正常,后极部视网膜轻度水肿,黄斑部暗红,中心凹反光不见。
