刘某女61岁病历号298169,1967年开始诊断为双眼原发性闭角青光眼。1979年在当地医院行右眼虹膜嵌顿术,术后曾因反复虹膜炎在当地医院诊治。1987年9月1日,右眼突然视物不清,经当地治疗无效而来我院就诊。既往史无特殊记载。右眼视力:数指/15cm,左眼视力:0.2,2.5D→0.4。右眼混合充血,滤过泡扁平,无渗漏。角膜中央部水肿,后弹力层皱褶,前房消失。虹膜
