20世纪九十年代以来,信息化革命席卷全球,数字电视广泛应用已经成为不争趋势。2009年6月12日开始,美国民众彻底告别模拟电视信号,迎来了数字化电视时代。我国数字电视产业的发展迟滞于发达国家,本文回溯了历史上媒介形态的演进以及对人类的传播和生活带来的影响,介绍了数字电视的特点以及引发的电视经营变革,例举世界主要国家数字电视的发展历程,从而借鉴先进国家的经验,从政策制定、产业经营等方面找到适合我国的发展模式。
Since the 1990s, the revolution of information has swept the world and the extensive application of digital television has become an indisputable trend. Beginning June 12, 2009, the U.S. public completely bid farewell to analog television signals and ushered in the digital television era. The development of China’s digital television industry is lagging behind that of developed countries. This paper reviews the evolution of media history in history and the impact on the spread and life of human beings. It introduces the characteristics of digital television and the changes of television management. Examples of major countries in the world Digital television development process, which draws on advanced countries experience, from the policy-making, industrial management and other areas to find suitable for our development model.
