建立健全企业法律风险防范预警、防范工作体系是企业参与市场竞争、实现企业经营目标的最基本要求,也是企业发展壮大、可持续发展的重要保障。本文从强化法律风险意识和责任、健全法律风险防范机构、建立和完善法律风险防范机制、配置一批高素质的法律事务人才、完善企业法人治理结构、营造良好的企业风险防范环境等六个方面对企业法律风险防机制进行了探讨。
Establishing and improving corporate legal risk precaution and guarding against work system is the most basic requirement for enterprises to participate in market competition and achieve their business objectives and is also an important guarantee for their growth and sustainable development.
