目的 研究P2 7、cyclinE在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中表达及其与患者预后生存期之间关系 ,明确其表达的意义及在判断肺癌预后方面的价值。方法 收集临床手术切除的NSCLC组织材料 ,确定其临床病理特征 ,随访患者生存情况。免疫组化方法检测P2 7、cyclinE在NSCLC组织中表达与NSCLC患者预后关系。结果 86例NSCLC组织中 ,P2 7蛋白表达阴性者、细胞阳性率≤ 5 0 %者及 >5 0 %者分别占 5 .8%、6 9%、2 4.4% ,以胞浆阳性为主。处于增殖状态的支气管上皮细胞呈cyclinE阳性表达 ,主要位于细胞核 ,着色较浅 ;NSCLC组织中cyclinE阳性率为 36 % ( 31/86 ) ,主要位于细胞核 ,着色较深 ;P2 7蛋白的细胞阳性率高低与患者的生存期有关 ,P2 7低表达者的平均生存期 ( 32 .8个月 )明显低于P2 7高表达者的平均生存期 ( 4 9.6个月 ) (P <0 .0 1) ;CyclinE表达与NSCLC的预后有关 ,cyclinE( +)者的平均生存期 ( 2 7.97个月 )低于cyclinE( -)者的平均生存期 ( 4 6 .0 8个月 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P2 7低表达 cyclinE( +)者的平均生存期 ( 15 .84个月 )明显低于P2 7高表达 cyclinE阴性者的平均生存期 ( 5 5 .2 4个月 ) (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 cyclinE表达与支气管上皮细胞的增殖有关 ;P2 7低表达、cyclinE过表达是NSCLC预后差的有意义
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of P27 and cyclinE in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with the survival of patients, to clarify the significance of its expression and its value in judging the prognosis of lung cancer. Methods Clinical tissue pathological features of clinically resected NSCLC were collected and survival of patients was followed up. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the relationship between the expression of P27 and cyclinE in NSCLC and the prognosis of NSCLC patients. Results Of the 86 NSCLC tissues, those with negative expression of P27 protein, positive cells with ≤ 50% and >50% accounted for 5.8%, 69%, and 24.4%, respectively, and were mainly cytoplasmic positive. The proliferation of bronchial epithelial cells showed cyclinE positive expression, mainly located in the nucleus, lighter color; NSCLC tissue cyclinE positive rate was 36% (31/86), mainly located in the nucleus, deeper staining; P2 7 protein cell positive rate The height was related to the patient’s survival. The average survival time of those with low expression of P27 (3.28 months) was significantly lower than the average survival time of those with high expression of P27 (49.6 months) (P < 0.01). The expression of CyclinE was related to the prognosis of NSCLC. Conclusion The expression of cyclinE is related to the proliferation of bronchial epithelial cells. The low expression of P27 and the overexpression of cyclinE are the causes of poor prognosis of NSCLC.
