目的:对不同的全冠粘结剂及全冠边缘形态的应力分布进行研究。方法:实验采用有限元法对磷酸锌、玻璃离子、聚羟酸盐、复合树酯粘结2种不同边缘形态的全冠应力分布作分析。结果:磷酸锌粘固粉粘结的全冠在受垂直向力时,所受应力最大,边缘形态制备成135℃凹斜面时应力较90℃台肩大。结果提示轴壁短小,聚合度过大的牙体不宜用磷酸锌粘固粉粘结。
OBJECTIVE: To study the stress distribution of different crown crowns and the shape of the crown. Methods: The finite element method was used to analyze the stress distribution of two kinds of crown with different edge morphology of zinc phosphate, glass ion, polyhydroxy acid salt and composite resin. Results: The stress of the zinc phosphate cement bonded crown was the highest when subjected to vertical force. The stress at the edge of 135 ° C was larger than that of 90 ° C. The results suggest that the shaft wall is short, the polymerization is too large teeth should not be bonded with zinc phosphate cement.
